We seek an Intern to support our team in driving ESG and inclusive leadership initiatives across the region.

The successful candidate must be native in at least one of the local languages and proficient in spoken and written English. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in broad ESG and gender equality trends and developments and how they apply to businesses in the region.

You will work alongside the CEO and the broader team to provide valuable support in driving sustainability efforts in Western Balkans, gaining hands-on experience in the areas of ESG, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and administrative tasks .

Your core responsibilities will include conducting research on emerging trends, drafting insightful content, and helping to develop effective strategies to help clients enhance their sustainability efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
– Research sustainable business practices and ESG trends in Western Balkans, and develop impactful content (e.g. whitepapers, reports, case studies)
– Collaborate with our team to develop and implement diversity and inclusion programs and initiatives, with strong focus on gender equality
– Provide support in designing and delivering workshops, seminars, and training sessions for clients
– Brainstorm and develop innovative approaches to help clients achieve their sustainability goals
– Provide general administrative support, including data entry, scheduling, and document management
– Assist with coordination of meetings, presentations, and team communications

Requirements:
– A student or recent graduate focusing on sustainability and diversity in corporate or institutional setting
– Native proficiency in at least one Western Balkan language with proficiency in English
– Strong interest in ESG trends and developments, as well as an understanding of how they apply to businesses in the region
– Excellent research, analytical and writing skills
– Demonstrated outstanding ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– A passion for achieving sustainability goals and driving positive change in the business landscape

This is a part-time remote working internship with a minimum commitment of 2-3 days per week for 4-6 months.
